From the moment I walked into BMW Mini at Norwich I was meet with a very warm welcome by George Patrick, who explained Mini options available. After 3 hours the purchases was made. George was always there right up to a perfect handover.

George Bolter answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. I was shown various colours for exterior and trim levels. I asked for he to test drive so I could experience ride quality on the 18in wheels down bumpy country lanes.

It wasnt the best experience I have ever received. I didnt get sent the usual health check video that I have had before. The gentleman didn't go through my m.o.t with me. My car still says it requires a service it wasnt reset.

There is a problem with the lack of reception staff. The Service Dept Reception was excellent but Georgie was on her own and stretched thin. There is no one on the main reception.

The team were very accomodating when I went for a new tyre and brought forward my first serve so I would not have return in less than a month to get done. Iliased with Paris should was able to ensure Got the correct tyre fitted as well.

The service was great but this is the third survey I've received since my visit which is excessive. I also question a culture where you tell your staff a feedback score of less than 9 out of 10 will be seen as a performance issue.

Staff courteous and helpful, but the parts delivery service was beyond woeful and totally unsatisfactory. Mechanic carried out work in accordance with the diagnostic equipment and fault displayed in the car. However the car still has a fault!!!

The technical service side is very good. However whenever we come for a service at the Norwich dealership we find the coffee machine is either not working or doesn't dispense coffee with milk. Also the ladies or gents toilets were out of action.

On previous occasions my dash cam was disconnected and not reconnected. I was not concerned then but my second service and mot it was disconnected again but I did not realise it had been disconnected till three days later.
